Cuenca
Cuenca is one of the interesting towns in the Castilla-La Mancha (the territory of
Don Quijote). In the north and east of the city it's wooden land, green fields and
low mountains. Cuenca is relatively small, it's old centre a narrow rise high up
at the northern end of the city. There is the main square of the old town
"Plaza Mayor". I went up there in the morning to have some breakfast and walk
criss cross through the old town with it's hanging houses. The Cathedral has very
modern stained glass windows.
